Potting on or planting out our Woad plants...

Finally, it is time to give our Woad plants their forever home! We have potted on some plants in pots and others we have planted out in our garden.

First: Add a good feed to your compost and mix it in.

(organic chicken pellets are shown here)

Potting on in 2L pots:

2. Fill the compost in decent size pots (2L)

3. Take your plant out of the small pot as shown

4. Making a hole into the soil and plant your Woad plant. Make sure to compact the soil gently after planting the plant.

Voilà. Planted.

5. Last, but not least, water the plants.

Planting your Woad plants outside into your bed, just follow the same steps. Start with making a hole wide enoughfor your plant and add a handful of your prepared manure/compost mix as shown in the first picture before planting.

Follow the same steps as outlined above.Now watch them grow :)
